Franchise Opportunity

Kyaria Gola Solution S.R.L is Established in the year 2021 in Romania but it has its existence in India since last 20 years. GOLA is engaged in processing and trading a delectable range of flavored ice cream.

The type of outlet and the geographical area will be agreed and specified in the final agreement, however, there are three formats based on location and outlet size:

Franchise Terms

The terms will be specified in the final agreement, however, to help you take an informed decision guidance is provided as follows:

The Franchisee Agreement will be for an initial period of three years. The agreement can be renewed for further term of three years plus four years, with a maximum of 10 years, on the sole discretion of Kyaria Gola Solutions.

Initial Franchise Fee (IFF):

Depending upon the format of the outlet, the Franchisee has to pay an Initial Franchise Fee (IFF) to the Franchisor at the time of approval of the site for opening of the franchised

Security Deposit:

The Franchisee will give security deposit with the Franchisor as agreed between the parties. The security deposit is to be made by the franchisee per assigned outlet. No interest is earned on the security deposit. The franchisor, at its sole discretion, will review periodically the Security Deposit for new Franchisee outlets or at the time of renewal of an existing Franchise agreement.

On termination of the franchise agreement, the Franchisor will refund the security deposit within 90 days on settlement of all outstanding dues.

Brand Royalty:

The Franchisee will pay a fixed monthly fee, as brand royalty, to the Franchisor.

Outlet Specifications:

The type of outlet and the geographical area will be agreed and specified in the final agreement, however, there are three formats based on location and outlet size:

A. This will be a Multiple Outlet Franchise, granted for a specified territory/location for the setting up and operation of GOLA Flavored Ice-creams of Kyaria Gola Solutions outlet.

Q. Is this an exclusive Franchise?

A. This is a non-exclusive Franchise. It gives the Franchisee the right to open a Gola Ice Cream Outlet as will be specified in the final agreement.

Q. What is the amount of investment that I will need to make to operate the franchise?

A. The investment depends on various factors like the location, type of outlet, etc. However, the franchisee has to adhere to evolving franchise standards from time to time.

Q. What happens after filling the Franchise application form of GOLA Ice Cream?

A. Soon after filling up the franchise application form, one of our executives will get in touch with you. The Franchisor will visit the location for which the Franchise is sought and evaluate the application against its internal criteria for awarding a Franchise. Awarding a Franchise is at the sole discretion of the Franchisor.
